Who we are
Quaragate provides AI-powered, post-delivery email security for Microsoft 365. This policy explains how we handle personal data on our marketing website and in the course of providing the service.
Data we collect
On our website we collect the information you submit, such as your name, work email, company, and any message you send when you request a demo or contact us. As part of the service, and only under a customer agreement, we process mailbox data within the customer's Microsoft 365 tenant in order to detect and remediate email threats.
How we use it
We use website information to respond to your request and to communicate with you about Quaragate. We process tenant mail data solely to provide threat detection and remediation to that customer, and to maintain an audit trail of actions taken.
Lawful basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries for website data, and on our contract with the customer for processing tenant mail data as a processor on the customer's behalf.
Cookies and tracking
Our marketing site is designed to function without non-essential tracking. If we introduce analytics, we will update this policy and provide the appropriate choices.
Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell personal data. We share data with a limited set of infrastructure subprocessors that help us run the service. A current subprocessor list is available on request and is summarized on our Trust and security page.
Retention and transfers
We retain personal data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here or as required by law. Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise them, email [email protected]. If you are a user within a customer's tenant, please direct mailbox-data requests to that customer, for whom we act as a processor.
