How it works

From consent to coverage in minutes.

Because Quaragate works after delivery, there is no mail-flow cutover to plan and nothing to break in the delivery path. You grant access, and protection starts.

Step 1

Grant a least-privilege, app-only connection

An administrator consents to a Quaragate application registration scoped to only the Microsoft Graph and Exchange Online permissions it needs to read and quarantine mail. No personal account or password is involved, and the grant is revocable from Microsoft Entra at any time. No DNS or MX records change.

Step 2

Quaragate learns the tenant in the first hours

Quaragate reviews existing mail to build a behavioral baseline of normal senders and relationships, and surfaces anything already sitting in inboxes that looks malicious. You see results without waiting for the next attack to arrive.

Step 3

Detection and quarantine run continuously

New mail is triaged as it lands, and earlier mail is re-checked as signals change. When a verdict turns malicious, the message is pulled from the mailbox automatically and the action is written to the audit trail. Your team reviews cases in the console rather than chasing alerts.

First 24 hours

What to expect on day one

  • 1

A retroactive scan of existing mail flags threats that are already delivered.

  • 2

The per-tenant baseline starts sharpening detection to your environment.

  • 3

Quarantine actions and their reasons appear in the console with a full audit record.

Security of the connection

Least privilege, and revocable

  • +

App-only access scoped to the minimum Graph and Exchange Online permissions required.

  • +

Revocable from Microsoft Entra at any time, with no mail-flow dependency to unwind.

  • +

For partners, tenants are onboarded with delegated (GDAP-style) access.
